How To Size For A Baton
Posted by Jacinda Miller on
One of the most common questions, we see on our live chat is asking about sizing for a baton.
To properly size for a baton, place your measure stick, tape measure, yard stick underneath the arm (near the arm pit but not in the arm pit) and measure to the longest finger. We typically recommend adding between 1- 2" to allow for room to grow when measuring for children.
If you are an adult and won't be growing or prefer a shorter baton then you can use the actual measurement. For competitive students adding 1-2" is recommended for completing advanced rolls.
