Choosing a Baton Size Based on Ages
Posted by Jacinda Miller on
We receive many questions about what size of baton to purchase based upon the age of your child or grandchild and if you can measure that is always the best option. In some cases, it is not possible to measure your twirler for the baton so here are the average size of batons that we see based on the age of twirler.
3 Year Olds - 14" - 16" baton
4 Year Olds - 15 - 17" baton
5 Year Olds - 17" - 20" baton
6 Year Olds - 20" - 22" baton
7 Year Olds - 21" - 23" baton
8 Year Olds - 22" - 24" baton
9 Year Olds - 23" - 25" baton
10 Year Olds - 24" - 26" baton
11 Year Olds - 25" - 27" baton
12 Year Olds - 26" - 28" baton
13 Year Olds - 27" - 29" baton
14 Year Olds - 28" - 30" baton
These are a guideline, if your twirler is more petite then you can choose a smaller size of the average range and if your twirler is taller then choose at the top end of the range. Please reach out via chat or call us with any questions!
